The program in question is "Zarzdzanie jakoci w teorii i praktyce" which translates to "Quality Management in Theory and Practice." This program is offered by the Wydzia Inynierii Mechanicznej (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) at Politechnika Poznaska (Poznan University of Technology).

Program Description

This program combines the benefits of studies with the advantages of courses and training. Participants gain both practical skills and general knowledge in the field of enterprise management and process improvement. The combination of practice and theory allows for a better understanding of the systemic context of management and encourages creativity.

Program Objectives

The main objective of the program is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage quality processes in production or service enterprises, taking into account the principles of sustainable development. Graduates of the program will be able to ensure that products or services offered by their companies meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Program Structure

• The program lasts for 2 semesters.
• It consists of 206 hours of instruction.
• The cost of the program is 6100 z, payable in two installments of 3050 z each or in a single payment with a discount of 5900 z.

Admission to the program is based on the order of applications received.

Program Content

The program covers areas such as standardization, methods, and tools supporting quality management, as well as the elimination of waste (Lean Manufacturing) and ensuring process stability (Six Sigma). Participants will gain knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and will learn how to plan quality processes, analyze data, and communicate effectively with teams and other departments within an organization.

Certifications

Graduates of the program will receive:

• A certificate of completion of the studies from the Ministry of Education and Science.
• A certificate of Internal Auditor of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) from Politechnika Poznaska.
• A Yellow Belt certificate (Six Sigma) from T‹V S‹D.
• A certificate of Quality Engineer from the Polish Center for Research and Certification S.A.

Schedule

Classes are held on Fridays (16:00 - 21:00) and Saturdays (8:30 - 15:15), approximately twice a month.
